In accordance with the regulatory provisions regarding the protection of individuals reporting unlawful or irregular activities, Forte Village has established an independent and certified reporting channel for the collection and management of reports, with the aim of ensuring the protection of the whistleblower. (Privacy del Segnalante), maintaining the confidentiality of their identity, but only in cases where the reports come from identifiable and recognizable individuals.
Considering the provisions set out in other regulations and applicable best practices, the report may concern actions or omissions, committed or attempted, which:
violate national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of public administration or private entities, and that were brought to attention within a public or private work environment, as specifically referenced in Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023;
are subject to administrative or criminal sanctions or other administrative measures, including those against the Company, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, where applicable;
relate to the abuse of power by an employee for the purpose of obtaining private benefits;
indicate a malfunctioning of the Company due to the use of assigned functions for private purposes (e.g., waste, nepotism, repeated failure to meet procedural deadlines, non-transparent hiring practices, accounting irregularities, false statements, violations of environmental and workplace safety regulations);
are carried out in violation of the Code of Ethics, the internal company regulations, the Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, where applicable, or other company provisions subject to disciplinary action;
are likely to cause financial or reputational damage to the Company or its shareholders;
are likely to cause harm to employees or other individuals working within the Company.

The Company has joined the Ethic Point Whistleblowing service, which ensures protection and efficiency in handling reports. The adopted channel allows any stakeholder, both internal and external, to report violations covered by Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023 and the company’s procedures, ensuring effective and confidential communication.
